Following Jesus is not a one-time decision that settles everything for the rest of our lives. It is a daily choice to put Him first.
Jesus did not save us and then leave us to figure out how to live. He gave us the Holy Spirit to live within us, guide us, strengthen us, correct us, and help us become more like Christ.
There will be times when you pray, and nothing seems to change. When the door you expected God to open remains firmly closed. When circumstances appear to contradict His promises. When you cannot understand what He is doing—or why He is allowing something to happen. That is where faith becomes more than a belief.
Following Jesus is not merely about believing the right truths—it is about learning to live a new life!

One of the greatest prisons we can live in has no walls and no guards… and we create it all for ourselves! It is the constant need for other people’s approval.
No one chooses suffering. If we could, we would gladly avoid grief, disappointment, illness, betrayal, loss, and heartache. Yet every one of us will face seasons when life seems painfully unfair, and our questions outnumber our answers.
In the natural, we are taught to fear illness, loss, rejection, failure, loneliness, uncertainty, and ultimately, death itself. Some fears shout loudly. Others quietly shape our decisions every day without us even noticing.
We live in a world that constantly whispers, “Just a little more.” A little more money. A little more success. A little more recognition. A little more comfort… The problem is that “more” is a moving target. As soon as you reach it, it quietly shifts further away.
There is a kind of happiness that depends entirely on circumstances. One that rises when life goes well and disappears when life falls apart. Most of us experience that kind of happiness.
