The Bible isn’t merely a collection of ancient stories, rules and religious teachings. It is God’s Word, given to reveal who He is, show us what He has done, and teach us how to live.
To my shame … I know that it is possible to become very religious without becoming very close to God. Following Jesus is not a one-time decision that settles everything for the rest of our lives. It is a daily choice to put Him first.

There will be times when you pray, and nothing seems to change. When the door you expected God to open remains firmly closed. When circumstances appear to contradict His promises. When you cannot understand what He is doing—or why He is allowing something to happen. That is where faith becomes more than a belief.
Following Jesus is not merely about believing the right truths—it is about learning to live a new life!
