(Psalm 43:3) "Give me your lantern and compass, give me a map, So I can find my way to the sacred mountain, to the place of your presenceTo enter the place of worship, meet my exuberant God, Sing my thanks with a harp, magnificent God, my God.”

Everything that flows from a grateful heart pleases our Heavenly Father - nonsensical tears, mumbling words, and hand-wringing emotions. All this comes from the pouring out of a thankful heart and is of such extreme worth to Him. So worshipping GOD isn’t something we do because He’s insecure and needs constant encouragement. It begins when we genuinely consider ‘where’ we’d have been if He hadn’t stepped in!

Yesterday, I listened to worship songs by Keith Green that I'd first heard nearly 40 years ago. Each song seemed to become a picture of 'where' I'd been in trouble and just how many times I'd been rescued!

However we choose to worship, it all begins from within ... we should, therefore, allow the Holy Spirit to lead us into His Awesome Presence, for He alone is Worthy of ALL our Praise.

GOD, who created all our hearts, says, “Come to Me, my dear Child, and I will show you how to break free and live! Do your part and trust in Me enough to honour Me.” 🥰
