(Hebrews 3:7) "Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts...”

When do we harden our hearts? How about when we don’t get what we prayed for? Or when we're generally disappointed with life? Or when we 'feel' we've been treated with dishonour...?

And it's no use making excuses - even if we do think they are valid! 'But Lord, it's not 'my' fault! What was wrong with the guy in the petrol station? Or the girl at the supermarket checkout? Or ...?'

‘Today’ when you hear His Voice, don’t harden your hearts – (by definition, don't turn your back on His leading and look for the easy way out by blaming it all on them)!

The thing is (as I've learned the hard way), He loves you, and this is just Him helping you get out from under the thing that is constantly plaguing you - 'YOU'!

Look into your Heavenly Father's face again, and your hearing (and trust) will be restored.

GOD, who created all our hearts, says, “Come to Me, my dear Child, and I will show you how to break free and live! Do your part and trust in Me enough to honour Me.” 🥰
