(2 Kings 21:1) "Manasseh was ... a bad king—an evil king. He reintroduced all the moral rot and spiritual corruption ... He rebuilt all the sex-and-religion shrines ... and he built altars and phallic images for the sex god Baal and sex goddess Asherah... He worshiped the cosmic powers, taking orders from the constellations... And he built shrines to the cosmic powers and placed them in both courtyards of The Temple of God. He burned his own son in a sacrificial offering. He practiced black magic and fortunetelling. He held séances and consulted spirits from the underworld. Much evil—in God’s judgment, a career in evil. And God was angry."

(2 Chronicles 33:12) "But when he (Manasseh) was in trouble, he dropped to his knees in prayer asking for help—total repentance before the God of his ancestors. As he prayed, God was touched; God listened... That convinced Manasseh that God was in control... "
Don't spend your energies judging them - Scripture confirms that only God can change hearts. So, don't lose your heart, PRAY for them to change! It is NEVER too late for someone to turn around and come back to their senses ...!
