(Proverbs 13:12) “Hope deferred makes the heart sick ...”

If that’s the case, then the 'positive opposite' must surely be equally true—and better.

"Hope realised makes the heart whole!"

Our small Church group met last night. We enjoyed a very simple evening. We prayed, worshipped, and enjoyed Communion together. We then stayed quiet in His Presence, inviting Him to minister to us.

As we basked in His Presence, someone saw the Lord standing before each of us, lovingly bowing his head over us, laying His hands on our heads and whispering Words of Life to us. Many told me afterwards that they sincerely felt the Lord's presence and how He had ministered to them.

So ... many quote the above Scripture, almost like a menacing warning! But they don't remember to quote the second part of the Scripture: "...but when desire is fulfilled, it is a tree of life."

GOD, who created all our hearts, says, “Come to Me, my dear Child, and I will show you how to break free and live! Do your part and trust in Me enough to honour Me.” 🥰
