(Jesus speaking) “This is what my Father wants: that anyone who sees the Son and trusts who he is and what he does and then aligns with him will enter real life, eternal life.

My part is to put them on their feet alive and whole at the completion of time.” (‭‭John‬ ‭6:40)

Here we have, in a nutshell, both our part and Jesus’s:

We see the Son – as He ‘freely’ moves against the fear, doubt, and unbelief that constantly flows in and around us.

We learn to trust Him both in what He does and what He speaks, comforts and acts against the fear, doubt, and unbelief that constantly flows in and around us.

As a child, we slowly align with Him as we ‘choose’ Him and His Ways over the preferences we too, stand against the fear, doubt, and unbelief that constantly flows in and around us.

During all that - and for however long it takes - Jesus, in Love and Faithfulness, keeps picking us up and putting us back on our feet.
