This is how God showed his love for us: God sent his only Son into the world so we might live through him. This is the kind of love we are talking about—not that we once upon a time loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to clear away our sins and the damage they’ve done to our relationship with God. (1 John 4:10)

Tears fall for a reason.

I recently saw a clip online of The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse and almost blew a fuse - it is BRILLIANT!

When I excitedly told my wife about it, she shook her head sadly and informed me that she’d bought the book years ago to give to our children to read and that they LOVED it! Walking away and still shaking her head, she concluded over her shoulder that she asked me to read it too, but I said I didn’t have time … BIG mistake!

Anyway, the Author of the book is Charles Mackesy. He tells us that The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse symbolise each one of us! That all four characters represent different parts of the same person, the inquisitive boy, the mole who's enthusiastic but a bit greedy, the fox who's been hurt so is withdrawn from life, slow to trust but wants to be part of things, and the horse who's the wisest bit, the deepest part of you - the soul ...

See here for yourself … (maybe bring some tissues)
