(Luke 22:19) "And He (Jesus) took the bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, 'This is My body, given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way, after supper, He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you.”
In this series, we're delving deeper into the teachings that Jesus left us to follow. The thirteenth commandment leads us to our next focus: COMMUNION.
Here's a fabulous conclusion on the subject from our brother David ...
"We profoundly know the absolute power of this blood: Jesus would not have been able to enter Heaven carrying the burden of all our terrible sin, unless the Blood had washed him first.
Therefore, He Himself became the first person to take advantage of the blood sacrifice!
And this entrance into Heaven by Jesus proves the power of that Blood: no one can have sin greater than what He carried, and yet He was washed clean by it!"
Isn't this just wonderful? The cleansing blood of Jesus is the essence of redemption, transforming and renewing, allowing Jesus—and us who follow Him—to transcend the burden of sin and enter into the Wonderful Presence of our Heavenly Father!
And remember ... Communion is not taken alone - Heaven participates. It is a Blood-sealed Covenant, and Heaven moves when the Covenant is Honoured!

Let's pray, "Heavenly Father, thank you for opening my heart to the profound truth of Communion and the immense sacrifice it represents. I am grateful for the deep love and grace embodied in this sacred act. Help me to honour Your sacrifice with a life of gratitude and devotion." Amen!
