(Galatians 3:26) "You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptised into Christ, have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."

As I see it, being one in Christ Jesus means living in peace and harmony with other believers, recognising that everyone shares a common identity and purpose in Him.

This is a place where we can recognise and be blessed by each person's unique role or gifting. For example, we can help, encourage, and pray for each other, showing love and compassion.

By collaborating to spread the Gospel, we will break down barriers of race and culture, and love and serve others as part of the bigger mission.

By teaching everyone how to apply Jesus' teachings in their daily lives, we will demonstrate love, forgiveness, and grace in all our relationships.

By strengthening the bond among ourselves through worshipping together, we highlight the importance of being open with one another.

In summary, being one in Christ Jesus means living in a constant 'common-union.' One that reflects His love and purpose, and enables everyone to grow in faith and contribute to the body of Christ.

Let us pray, "Heavenly Father, thank you for the incredible gift of adoption through faith in Jesus Christ. I am so grateful that I can now be called your child and heir to your grace and promises. Clothe me daily with the character of Christ, that my life may reflect your love, righteousness, and compassion to others. Help me to walk in the confidence and freedom that comes from being a beloved child of Yours, fixed on You and no longer tossed about by the ways of the world." Amen!
