New Year resolutions have been (and gone), and now it’s time for summer clothes, and the merry-go-round keeps spinning …!

It all reminds me of a sign I saw outside a Gym: “IT’S BEEN SIX MONTHS SINCE I JOINED THE GYM, AND STILL THERE’S NO PROGRESS. I’M GOING THERE IN PERSON TOMORROW TO SEE WHAT’S GOING ON!

Food, drink, excess, exercise … we all have to begin somewhere! There’s also a joke about Fred crying out to GOD to help him win the lottery … day after day, for weeks, GOD hears this guy crying out to him. Finally, GOD can take it no more and shouts down: “Fred, at least meet me halfway and BUY A TICKET!”

If we want to succeed, we have to engage – or at least turn-up!
