(Psalm 31:5) “Into your hand I commit my spirit; you have redeemed me, O Lord, faithful God.”
TESTIMONY - I want to give Glory to GOD ... As some of you know by now, I suffered a major heart attack recently caused by a severe blockage in one of my main coronary arteries. The doctors found a critical blockage in my LAD artery (often called the “widow-maker”) and inserted two new stents to restore blood flow. I later had a second planned procedure to treat another blocked artery where the original stent had failed.
The thing is, for over a month afterwards, I have been as weak as a kitten and as sick as a dog! Nausea, diarrhoea, cold—always so cold ... the regimen of 24 new pills per day (+ injections) just seemed to make me worse...
Things must have looked that bad that a dear friend took a seven-hour drive and came down from the north of Italy to stay with me. In love, he took me to my appointments and ministered to me.
Two nights ago, I had visions of Glory and thought, “This is it — time to go home.” As I lay there in pain, an old Hillsong song kept repeating in my heart: “Fall upon your knees… Cry out to your Maker… He will hear you, ’Cause He’s your secret place.”

My friend had to leave yesterday, but before he did, he still took me to all my appointments. He never complained — he just loved on me. At one point, while he was about to drive me home, the pain became so intense that I was almost curled up. My eyes were squeezed shut, and he leaned over me in the car and gently prayed. There was no ZAP, no BANG — nothing dramatic — just the overwhelming sense that I was loved.
Brothers and sisters kept sending me messages of hope. (Thank you. You know who you are). Then something dramatically changed... the gut-clenching pains left as well as the nausea ...!

Let’s pray, “Heavenly Father, thank You for Your mercy, for the hands that cared for me, and for the loving prayers that carried me through the darkest moments. I praise You for life, for healing seen and unseen, and for the peace that surpasses understanding. Thank You for holding me in Your strength, guiding my recovery, and using this testimony for Your Glory. Amen!
