In this series, we're delving deeper into the teachings that Jesus left us to follow. The eleventh commandment leads us to our next focus: LIVING RIGHTEOUSLY.
When Jesus speaks of living righteously, He is emphasising the need for a deeper, more genuine righteousness than that of the Pharisees and teachers of the law.
This righteousness is not merely about outward observance of rules, but about an INNER transformation and alignment with GOD's will. It involves sincerity, integrity, and a heartfelt commitment to living according to the principles of love, justice, and mercy.
This Heaven-born righteousness exceeds mere legalistic adherence, focusing on the very spirit and intent of the law.
So ... if you're like me, you'll be thinking, "But how? How is this achieved ...?"
ONLY by humbling ourselves and walking through the process with Jesus!

Let's pray, "Heavenly Father, I want to embrace genuine righteousness, for it to be rooted in my heart and not just my deeds. Inspire me to act with love, fairness, and compassion in everything I do. Transform my inner self to align with Your desires, striving for honesty and authenticity. Let my life shine as an example of Your wisdom and truth." Amen!
