(Philippians 2:13) "For it is [not your strength, but it is] God who is effectively at work in you, both to will and to work [that is, strengthening, energising, and creating in you the longing and the ability to fulfil your purpose] for His good pleasure."
As you can appreciate, the past few days felt almost unending and, as a result, challenging to measure. All the wonderful testimonial experiences I cherished and have written to you about seemed to be intertwined with moments of physical pain and discomfort - maybe I'm just getting old, lol!
So, the main question is: "What have I taken from it all?"
I can genuinely say that GOD's children are all unique; while some have spread their wings and soar beautifully, others are still on their journey and cannot fly just yet! And before we start judging, it's not always because of fear, doubt or unbelief, but mostly because they are still awaiting their feathers to grow!
So, whether people are moulting or waiting to replace old feathers, be considerate, as they may also become more reclusive and even sulkier than usual. In John 13:34, Jesus gives us a new commandment, stating, "Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another".
This kind of love is to be a defining characteristic of his disciples, demonstrating their faith and relationship with him. Jesus goes on to warn us about judging his children: "I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!" (Matthew 25:40)

Let's pray, "Heavenly Father, I come before you recognising that it is you who works in me, both to will and to do of your good pleasure. I acknowledge that my own desires can be flawed and easily swayed by the world, but I seek to align my will with yours. Lord, help me to understand more deeply what it means for you to work in me and to yield my mind and heart to your will." Amen!
