"My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion for ever." (Ps 73:26)

As I write this, I joyfully see us all as being together in the waiting area of the delivery room. While some are still in labour, It's time for some of us to end the pregnancy and begin to deliver on GOD's Promises ...

After a year of not listening to me (and only when I'd had my third heart attack), they FINALLY gave in and granted me an angiogram. Then they found that because they'd not done anything for a year, the right-hand side of my heart had died (due to a blockage and lack of blood able to feed it)! "... If only we'd got there sooner ...!" They said ...

So my heart ejection fraction was only functioning at about 35%. (NB- Normal heart function is between 55 to 70% – Below normal is 40 to 55% – anything below that is considered extremely dangerous).

As you can imagine, I was as flat as a burst tyre, angry at their lack of momentum and fighting depression; my prayers didn't even reach the light bulb ... then The Lord intervened. I felt the Holy Spirit lead me to proclaim Psalm 73 v.26 over myself, "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."

Anyway, they sent me for more checks prior to a pacemaker being fitted, and a Nurse casually told me that my heart function had risen to 55%, which she said was VERY strange! She told me when they'd checked the scans, they noticed a vein from the left-hand side of my heart had moved to the right-hand side and seemed to be feeding it!

So … yesterday, I had my first (proper) cardiac assessment with two separate assessors, and the news was truly amazing. Each of them told me that they were initially confused by my readings. They both thought the records were somehow reversed and couldn’t understand how the heart could have improved so significantly! “Things like this NEVER happen!”

Anyway, it gave me the opportunity to share my miracle with them, and I know that I left both of them totally gob-smacked!.

Thank you for your prayers! YOU ARE FAITHFUL, LORD ❤️
