(Psalm 139:17) "As He entered a village, He was met by ten lepers who stood at a distance; and they raised their voices and called out, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!” When He saw them, He said to them, “Go and show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were [miraculously] healed and made clean. One of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, glorifying and praising and honouring God with a loud voice; and he lay face downward at Jesus’ feet, thanking Him [over and over]. He was a Samaritan.

Then Jesus asked, “Were not ten [of you] cleansed? Where are the [other] nine? Was there no one found to return and to give thanks and praise to God, except this foreigner?” Jesus said to him, “Get up and go [on your way]. Your faith [your personal trust in Me and your confidence in God’s power] has restored you to health.”

Rita's encouragement a few days ago showed us clearly that just as for these 10 lepers, our Heavenly Father's love is unconditional, His Grace is limitless, and His Mercy triumphant!

But isn't that what Jesus is speaking about here? I don't know about you, but I for one wouldn't have survived 5 minutes if I'd have treated my Mother with the same disdain as we sometimes do with GOD...!

Let's pray, "Dearest Father, I come before you with a heart full of gratitude for your constant and boundless love and kindness. Thank you for the countless blessings you shower upon me, both seen and unseen. Thank you for your presence in my life, for your guidance and protection, and for the strength you give me each day. I am truly grateful for all that you are and all that you do. May my life be a testament to your goodness and grace." Amen. Amen.
