Everyone seems to be going through tough times, and because I acted as a key worker during COVID, I suppose I actually got to see a lot more stress-related issues than most at the time.

I’d been trying to share the Lord’s Peace with a terribly hurt and crestfallen guy at work who was going through a particularly horrible divorce.

At one point in the day, he’d just received a particularly difficult email from the solicitor and came rushing over to my desk, picked up my telephone, and started punching through my contacts.

“Who are you looking for?” I asked.

“Jesus...!” He exclaimed in desperation. “... I need to speak with him!”

“He knows you’re looking for him, "I responded, and he will come!”

Thank you, Lord, for your Faithfulness to all who call upon your Name, for You WILL answer.
