Don’t think for a moment that you know it all… (Pro 3:7)

We’re great at incorrectly joining the dots on situations, always surmising the end before it properly plays through. “I knew this would happen!” Or “Why me? Why always me?” Or “What’s the point …”

The thing is, when it eventually plays out, most of what we thought would happen didn’t work out that way at all. But the unseen toxic, negative damage we created within our body and soul is terrible and needs to be dealt with. As my wife constantly reminds us, ‘We are the prophets of our life with the words that we speak!’

This isn’t about ‘positive thoughts’ or ‘positive speaking’ – this is about being humble enough to place a hand on our big mouths and ‘ask’ the Holy Spirit “where is this heading and what should I do about it?”

… for wisdom comes when you adore him with undivided devotion and avoid everything that’s wrong. Then you will find the healing refreshment your body and spirit long for. (‭‭Pro 3:7) ❤️
