God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us. Glory to God in the church! Glory to God in the Messiah, in Jesus! Glory down all the generations! Glory through all millennia! Oh, yes! (Eph 3:20)

I was about to send the verse preceding this one but this one jumped out and made me think about how we follow Jesus.

I guess it’s all about choice. We can either mope on a long way behind Him, dragging our feet moaning and groaning after a life we left and the way we feel we’re being ‘pushed around,’ into living the way He wants.

Or, we can respond through the love that we have for Him. A love that we’d never known before and lifts is out of ourselves, draws us ever closer and actually enjoys the working of His Spirit in us. You choose. X
