Tuesday (Christmas day)

The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighbourhood. We saw the glory with our own eyes, the one-of-a-kind glory, like Father, like Son, Generous inside and out, true from start to finish. (John 1:14)

Since the children are made of flesh and blood, it’s logical that the Savior took on flesh and blood in order to rescue them by his death.

By embracing death, taking it into himself, he destroyed the Devil’s hold on death and freed all who cower through life, scared to death of death. (Heb 2:14)

… you called out to GOD in your desperate condition; he got you out in the nick of time. He led you out of your dark, dark cell, broke open the jail and led you out. So thank GOD for his marvelous love, for his miracle mercy to the children he loves; He shattered the heavy jailhouse doors, he snapped the prison bars like matchsticks! (Psalm 107:10)

Enjoy a Blessed Christmas and thank you for reading these daily blessings, my love and prayers are with you. X
