Tuesday – 19/4/16

GOD spoke to Cain: “Why this tantrum? Why the sulking? If you do well, won’t you be accepted? And if you don’t do well, sin is lying in wait for you, ready to pounce; it’s out to get you, you’ve got to master it.” (Gen 4:6) ?!?!? But …. HOW?!?! The disciples were staggered. “Then who has any chance at all?” Jesus looked hard at them and said, “No chance at all if you think you can pull it off yourself. Every chance in the world if you trust God to do it.” (Mat 19:25) We all try – we all fail. But Grace calls out to us, “You can do this, just hold onto Jesus!” X
