Monday – 5/6/17

(Jesus praying) “… Holy Father, guard them as they pursue this life That you conferred as a gift through me, So they can be one heart and mind As we are one heart and mind.” As long as I was with them, I guarded them In the pursuit of the life you gave through me; I even posted a night watch…” (John‬ ‭17:11) So much fear and antagonistic reports in the Media just now. Our Father commands us to stay strong in the face of all this and speaks to us through the Words of His Son Jesus: “I’m speaking to you as dear friends. Don’t be bluffed into silence or insincerity by the threats of religious bullies. True, they can kill you, but then what can they do? There’s nothing they can do to your soul, your core being. Save your fear for God, who holds your entire life—body and soul—in his hands.” (‭‭Luke‬ ‭12:4) X
