The apostles came up and said to (Jesus) the Master, “Give us more faith.” But the Master said, “You don’t need more faith. There is no ‘more’ or ‘less’ in faith. If you have a bare kernel of faith, say the size of a poppy seed, you could say to this sycamore tree, ‘Go jump in the lake,’ and it would do it.” (Luke 17:5) We’ve all been here: crying, whining, winging, moaning, promising … When his disciples asked for ‘more’ faith, Jesus tells the simple truth that they don’t need more faith but to take God seriously. What does that mean to us? Once again each one of us has to face this question individually – but NOT alone.
I believe Papà God is saying: “Child of mine, hold onto me and look into my eyes and ask …” X
