Day 84/365

Just then a woman who had hemorrhaged for twelve years slipped in from behind and lightly touched his robe. She was thinking to herself, “If I can just put a finger on his robe, I’ll get well.” Jesus turned—caught her at it. Then he reassured her: “Courage, daughter. You took a risk of faith, and now you’re well.” The woman was well from then on. (Mat 9:20 MSG) Whichever way you look at this, the main point was that the woman’s ‘reasoning’ was that Jesus would (somehow) help her, and simply because of that, she was POWERFULLY rewarded! Are you ‘reasoning‘ just now or still holding back from truly asking? Hoping or whinging? Moving towards him, or curled up in a ball and desperate?

Wherever you are right now, just open your heart’s ears and ‘hear’ the Living Words of our Lord and Saviour Jesus the Christ of God as he speaks to YOU!

“Courage child, you just took a risk of faith in me, and now YOU be well.”
