Day 208/365

“Because he set his love on Me, therefore I will save him; I will set him [securely] on high, because he knows My name [he confidently trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never abandon him, no, never].” (Psa‬ ‭91:14‬)

Many years ago, when things were so low in my life that I felt suicide was the only option, ‘something’ led me to find and open a Bible that a friend had sent me years before. All I could hear in my broken mind was 91, 91, 91 … that ‘something’ then led me to this particular Psalm.

All I remember after that is the cleansing balm of tears as ’something’ tore out each and every sad and sorry page from the book of my life and cast them all away.

I still don’t really know how all this works, but I know that my broken and deadened Soul (finally) became alive in that hour and that the ‘something’ I was being led by was introduced to me as a ’Someone,’ my Saviour, Redeemer and friend - Jesus, the Christ of GOD. ❤️👏👏🙌
