Day 198/365

“The Lord is good, A strength and stronghold in the day of trouble; He knows [He recognizes, cares for, and understands fully] those who take refuge and trust in Him.” (Nah‭1:7‬)

The poor girl had suffered three miscarriages and was convinced that the baby she was carrying now would be the fourth. So it wasn’t just a prayer meeting but one where we (and the child she was carrying), needed some Heavenly help.

After a long time, she broke down and told us that she believed ALL the fault lay with her, that she’d been messing around as a teen and now GOD was paying her back and making her suffer …!

The Lord was wholly Gracious to her. He took over and convinced her that He loved her and that she was completely forgiven. Then he gently led her to understand and accept the gift of motherhood - of it’s tremendous need to be protective and offer shielding power for the children.

She went away a new woman. To my knowledge she’s been blessed with 3 children. No one and nothing messes with her kids, she’s like Jesus with skin on - a force to be reckoned with.

“… He recognizes, cares for, and understands fully those who take refuge and trust in Him.” ❤️
