Day 164/365

“… we must let go of every wound that has pierced us and the sin we so easily fall into. Then we will be able to run life’s marathon race with passion and determination, for the path has been already marked out before us.” (Heb 12:1‬)

Everybody’s daily schedule is crammed with things to do, places to go and people to see and we can become so distracted that we just don’t focus properly allowing us to fall into the sin which is always there to trip us up and destroy us.

But even though sin whispers in our ear, the Truth is that Jesus hasn’t left us alone, He is always there with us and we should be aware of this FACT.

Because when we doubt his presence, and let go of his hand, then, just as Jesus told us … “… the worries and cares of the world [the distractions of this age with its worldly pleasures], and the deceitfulness [and the false security or glamour] of wealth [or fame], and the passionate desires for all the other things creep in and choke out the word, and it becomes unfruitful.” (Mark‬ ‭4:19‬)

Just as a Jesus told his friend Martha, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and bothered and anxious about so many things; but only one thing is necessary…”” (Luke‬ ‭10:41)

Child of the Living GOD, hold on to his hand, stay in his presence, let His Word guide and comfort you and see the salvation power of GOD. ❤️
