Day 148/365

You know me inside and out, you know every bone in my body; You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculpted from nothing into something.

Like an open book, you watched me grow from conception to birth; all the stages of my life were spread out before you, The days of my life all prepared before I’d even lived one day. (Psa 139:16 MSG)

I remember once being sat at Church and discussing the main reason most of us run off and hide from GOD is because of a feeling of being unworthy - of knowing that we keep getting it wrong all the time, that we don’t reach out to Jesus when we should, and as such generally keep blowing it.

This kind of thinking is completely and utterly wrong - especially when you consider that our Papà GOD IS NOT JUDGING US - He knew ‘all’ about how we would live out our lives ‘before’ he ever chose to adopt us as His Children - and yet He still chose to go ahead, because He knows we will ultimately trust Jesus enough to let go of our own stupidity!
