Day 128/365

Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen. (Heb‬ ‭11:1‬)

As I’ve found out many times in my life, GOD isn’t limited. One testimony I remember distinctly that proves this point was that of a single parent who was desperately trying to bring up her young son. His birthday was coming up and he was obsessed with having a particular grown-up bike so he could feel accepted by his friends. Mum didn’t have the money (she was working two jobs and was just about making ends meet as it was)!

Bottom line, she felt like a bad mother. She cried, sobbed and finally took it to the Lord in prayer. Some time later she saw an Ad in a local shop advertising the very bike she needed. She went to look at the bike and subsequently fell in love with the guy. In effect, the kid got both his bike AND a caring Dad.

My point - don’t limit GOD to what you think are ‘holy prayers.’ He loves you and is interested in EVERY aspect of your life, so take everything to him in prayer - and don’t be in such a rush to get away, please give him time to respond. ❤️
