This resurrection life you received from God … It’s adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike “What’s next, Papa?” (Rom 8:15 MSG)

I was chatting about this over lunch with a friend yesterday. Basically … do we skulk away from what’s going on and mumble and groan: “… not again Father, I can’t cope with much more of this la la!”

Or - are we allowing His Holy Spirit to draw us into deeper and greater relationship where we break through the la la and see His Power at work – and by definition say: “Wow! What’s next Papà?”

God’s Spirit touches our spirits and confirms who we really are. We know who he is, and we know who we are: Father and children. And we know we are going to get what’s coming to us—an unbelievable inheritance! We go through exactly what Christ goes through. If we go through the hard times with him, then we’re certainly going to go through the good times with him! (‭Rom ‭8:17 MSG) ❤️
